CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />COUNTY OF ALAMEDA <br />STATE OF CALIFORNIA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 78-117 <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION CERTIFYING THE FINAL EIR FOR GP-76-6 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, a final EIR was submitted to the City Council on Febru- <br /> ary 15, 1978 for GP-76-6; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, a public hearing on the EIR was opened and continued until <br /> April 20, 1978; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, a supplement to the final EIR was submitted to City Council <br /> at the April 20, 1978 meeting reflecting the alternate Gen- <br /> eral Plan proposal submitted by the applicant; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the public hearing was reopened, testimony taken and the <br /> hearing closed. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON RESOLVES <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1. The final EIR has been completed in compliance with CEQA <br /> and the State Guidelines. <br /> <br />Section 2. The City Council reviewed the EIR and considered the testi- <br /> mony relating to it, prior to denying GP-76-6. <br /> <br />Section 3. This resolution shall become effective immediately upon <br />its passage and adoption. <br /> <br />THIS RESOLUTION WAS ADOPTED ON ~Y 9, 1978 BY THE FOLLOWING VOTE: <br /> <br />AYES: Councilmembers Brandes, Butler, Kephart, Wood and Mayor Mercer <br />NOES: None <br /> <br />APPROVED AS TO FORM: <br /> ine ' <br /> <br /> <br />
