CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />COUNTY OF ALAMEDA <br />STATE OF CALIFORNIA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 78-115 <br /> <br />RE: APPROVAL OF PROGRESS PAYMENT NO. 1 TO MANUEL C. <br />JARDIM, INC. FOR WORK ON ST. MARY STREET & DIVISION <br />STREET WATERLINE PROJECT NO. 78-1 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />work by Manuel C. Jardim, Inc. performed in connection with <br />work on St. Mary Street and Division Street Waterline Project <br />No. 78-1 has progressed satisfactorily to the point at which <br />Progress Payment No. 1 is in order; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section <br /> <br />1. That the Finance Officer be instructed to prepare a <br /> warrant in the amount of $45,387.00 in favor of Manuel C. <br /> Jardim, Inc. in satisfaction of Progress Payment No. 1 <br /> for the work performed on St. Mary Street and Division <br /> Street Waterline Project No. 78-1. <br /> <br />Section 2.
