CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA RESOLUTION NO. 78-103 APPROVING ENVIRONMENTAL IMPACT REPORT FOR FALENDAR HO~S REGARDINCA 12 ACRE SITE LOCATED IMMEDIATELY EAST OF FOOTHILL HIGH SCHOOL BETWEEN LEMONWOOD WAY AND ALDER COURT FROM PUD TO MEDIUM DENSITY RESIDENTIAL WHEREAS , at the City Council meeting of April 25, 1978, the Environmental Impact Report and staff reports were received and reviewd by Council regarding the appli- cation of Falendar Homes for a Planned Unit Development to rezone a 12 acre site located immediately east of Foothill High School between Lemonwood Way and Alder Court from PUD (Planned Unit Development) to Medium Density Residential; and WHEREAS, a public hearing was held at that meeting of April 25, 1978, at which time members of the public were given the opportunity to address the City Council regarding the above-mentioned Environmental Impact Report; and WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has reviewed and considered the information contained in the Environmental Impact Report and found it in compliance with CEQA and state guidelines. NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: Section 1. Certifies that the City Council has reviewed and considered the information contained in the Environmental Impact Report and found it in compliance with CEQA and state guidelines. Section 2. Determines that after review and consideration of the Environmental Impact Report for a medium density residen- tial development located between Alder Court and Lemonwood Way along the extension of Muirwood Drive, make the finding that there will be no significant adverse environmental impact with the exception of noise. Section 3. This resolution shall become effective immediately upon its passage and adoption.
