CITY OF PLEASANTON COUNTY OF ALAMEDA STATE OF CALIFO~qIA RESOLUTION NO. 78-128 RE ACCEPTANCE OF GRANT DEEDS IN CONJUNCTION WITH THE STONERIDGE DRIVE OVERCROSSING PROJECT AND THE REGIONAL SHOPPING CENTER. WHEREAS, City is in receipt of offers of dedication from property owners for parcels of property for rights-of-way and public service easement purposes in conjunction with the Stoneridge Shopping Center; and WHEREAS, the City Council, at their meeting of May 23, 1978, received a report from the Director of Engineering Services indicating that the acceptance of this dedication is in the public interest; NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: Section 1. The offers of dedication manifested in the Grant Deeds from the following property owners are hereby accepted and the appropriate City officers instructed to take whatever action necessary to implement said acceptance: 1. Grant Deed from Alberta S. Kimball and Edward F. Leyhe Stoneridge Drive R/W. 2. Corporation Grant Deed from Vorelco of California, Inc. - Stoneridge Drive R/W. 3. Corporation Grant Deed from the Stoneson Development Corporation - Stoneridge Drive R/W. 4. Corporation Grant Deed from Vorelco of California, Inc. - future ramps R/Wo 5. Corporation Grant Deed from Vorelco of California, Inc. - temporary slope easement. 6. Corporation Grant Deed from the Stoneson Development Corporation - Foothill Road widening s/o Stoneridge Drive. 7. Corporation Grant Deed from the Stoneson Development Corporation - Public Service Easement and Access Rights as shown on Parcel Map 2509. 8. Corporation Grant Deed from the Stoneson Development Corporation - temporary slope easement. 9. Individual Grant Deeds from Wells Fargo Bank, NA, as Trustee under Trust #05-102510 - and as Trustee under Trust #05-102511 - Street rights-of-way, public service easement and access rights as shown on Parcel Map 2510.
