CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />COUNTY OF ALAMEDA <br />STATE OF CALIFORNIA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO.78-127 <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE FINAL PROGRESS PAYMENT TO <br />OLIVER DE SILVA, INC., FOR WORK ON IMPROVEMENT OF <br />VALLEY AVENUE AND SANTA RITA ROAD INTERSECTION <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />work by Oliver de Silva, Inc. performed in connection with <br />the improvement of Valley Avenue and Santa Rita Road inter- <br />section, Project 77-2, has progressed satisfactorily to the <br />point at which Final Progress Payment is in order. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON DOES RE- <br />SOLVE AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1.That the Finance officer be instructed to prepare a warrant <br /> in the amount of $2,766.12 in favor of Oliver de Silva, Inc., <br /> in satisfaction of Final Progress Payment for the work per- <br /> formed on the improvement of Valley Avenue and Santa Rita <br /> Road intersection, Project 77-2. <br /> <br />Section 2.The City Clerk is directed to file a Notice of Completion. <br /> <br />Section 3.This resolution shall be effective immediately upon its pas- <br /> sage and adoption. <br /> <br />THIS RESOLUTION WAS ADOPTED MAY 23, 1978, BY THE FOLLOWING VOTE: <br /> <br />AYES: Councilmembers: Brandes, Butler, Kephart, Wood and Mayor Mercer <br /> <br />NOES: None ~~~~/ <br />ABSENT: None <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> Mercer, Mayor <br /> <br />By Doris George, Deputy City Clerk <br /> <br />APPROVED AS TO FORM: <br /> <br /> <br />
