CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />COUNTY OF ALAMEDA <br />STATE OF CALIFORNIA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 78-160 <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION APPROVING PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS FOR THE <br />SUNOL INTERCEPTOR SEWER PROJECT AND AUTHORIZING CALLING <br />FOR BIDS. <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />Mr. Alan Campbell, Director of Public Works and Utilities, <br />by his report dated June 13, 1978, advised the City Council <br />that plans and specifications have been completed by Kennedy <br />Engineers and reviewed by staff for the Sunol Interceptor <br />Sewer Project; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />the City Council, at their meeting of June 20, 1978, reviewed <br />the reports of the Director of Public Works and Utilities <br />and of Kennedy Engineers, relating to this project; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON DOES RESOLVE <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1. Approves the plans and specifications for the Sunol Inter- <br /> ceptor Sewer Project, as recommended by the Director of <br /> Public Works and Utilities in his report dated June 13, <br /> 1978. <br /> <br />Section 2. Authorizes the calling of bids in the above project. <br /> <br />Section 3.
