CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />COUNTY OF ALAMEDA <br />STATE OF CALIFOrnIA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 78-157 <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION AMENDING RESOLUTION NO. 77-123 ES- <br />TABLISHING FEES AND CHARGES FOR VARIOUS MUNICI- <br />PAL SERVICES OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />the City of Pleasanton provides a variety of municipal <br />services for which fees and charges have been estab- <br />lished and compiled in Resolution No. 77-123; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />Resolution No. <br />for commercial, <br />according to a <br /> <br />77-123 established sewer connection fees <br />industrial and other unclassified uses, <br />specific formula; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City must transmit certain of those fees to the Dublin- <br /> San Ramon Services District; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />said fees, as calculated or established by the Dublin-San <br />Ramon Services District, may differ from those calculated <br />or established by City. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON DOES RE- <br />SOLVE AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1. Exhibit A, Section IV, Paragraph B of Resolution No. 77-123, <br /> is hereby amended by adding the following Paragraph 10: <br /> <br />In no event shall the fee charged by the <br />City for any use be less than the fee es- <br />tablished by the Dublin-San Ramon Services <br />District for that use." <br /> <br />Section 2. This resolution shall become effective irmnediately upon <br /> its passage and adotpion. <br /> <br />THIS RESOLUTION ADOPTED ON JUNE 13, 1978 BY THE FOLLOWING VOTE: <br /> <br />AYES: Councilmembers - Brandes, Butler, <br /> Mayor Mercer <br />NOES: None <br /> <br />ABSENT: <br /> <br />Kephart, Wood and <br /> <br />ATTEST: ~ <br /> Kenneth R.
