CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />COUNTY OF ALAMEDA <br />STATE OF CALIFORNIA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 78-152 <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION APPROVING MODIFICATION OF SUBDIVISION <br />IMPROVEMENT AGREEMENT FOR CASA DE CALAFIA <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />on March 28, 1978, the City of Pleasanton and Tri-Valley <br />Builders entered into a subdivision agreement as required <br />by City subdivision ordinance; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />that agreement, in part, required that the subdivider pro- <br />vide the City with improvement security in the amount of <br />$96,100 to insure completion and payment of all public im- <br />provements to be constructed as part of the project; and <br /> <br />the subdivider has requested that the sum be reduced to <br />$46,100 in that a portion of the bond estimate included <br />private streets and construction; and <br /> <br />the City Attorney has recommended modifying the agreement <br />to set the sum for security at $46,100 to cover all improve- <br />ments to be owned and accepted by the City of Pleasanton. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON DOES RE- <br />SOLVE AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1. Approves amending the agreement with Tri-Valley Builders <br /> dated March 28, 1978 by reducing the sum for provision of <br /> security from $96,100 to $46,100. <br /> <br />Section 2.
