CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />COUNTY OF ALAMEDA <br />STATE OF CALIFORNIA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO, 78-151 <br /> <br />APPROVAL OF FINAL PROGRESS PAYMENT FOR WORK ON <br />PROJECT 78-1, ST. MARY STREET AND DIVISION STREET <br />WATERLINE <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />work by Manuel C. Jardim, Inc. performed in connection with <br />the St. Mary Street and Division Street Waterline, Project <br />No. 78-1 has progressed satisfactorily to the point at which <br />Final Progress Payment is in order; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section <br /> <br />1. That the Finance officer be instructed to prepare a warrant <br /> in the amount of $44,006.58 in favor of Manuel C. Jardim, Inc. <br /> in satisfaction of Final Progress Payment for the work per- <br /> formed on the St. Mary Street and Division Street Waterline, <br /> Project No. 78-1. <br /> <br />Section 2. The City Clerk is directed to file a Notice of Completion. <br /> <br />Section 3.
