CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />COUNTY OF ALAMEDA <br />STATE OF CALIFORNIA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 78-150 <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION APPROVING AN AGREEMENT BETWEEN JOSEPH E. <br />MADDEN AND CITY OF PLEASANTON FOR INSTALLATION AND <br />MAINTENANCE OF LANDSCAPING. <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />Mr. Joseph Madden, 3851 Vineyard Avenue, has applied for <br />a building permit and design review approval for a building <br />to be constructed on his property on the west side of <br />Santa Rita Road southeast of Tassajara Creek; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />as a condition of such approval, it is necessary that <br />Mr. ~dden enter into an Installation and Maintenance of <br />Landscaping Agreement with the City of Pleasanton; and <br /> <br />the City Attorney has recommended the approval of this <br />agreement; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />Council, at their meeting of June 13, 1978, reviewed said <br />agreement. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON DOES RESOLVE <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1. Authorizes the Mayor to execute a license agreement with <br /> Mr. Joseph Madden relating to the installation and mainte- <br /> nance of landscaping in conjunction with development of his <br /> property located on the west side of Santa Rita Road south- <br /> east of Tassajara Creek. <br /> <br />Section 2.
