CITY COUNCIL <br />CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />COUNTY OF ALAMEDA <br />STATE OF CALIFORNIA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 78-141 <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION ALLOCATING RESIDENTIAL DEVELOPMENT PERMITS <br />FOR 1978 UNDER THE RESIDENTIAL ALLOCATION PROGRAM <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />the City Council has by Ordinance No. 849, adopted on <br />March 13, 1978, established a Residential Allocation Pro- <br />gram setting up a method for regulating residential devel- <br />opment in Pleasanton in the best interest of the property <br />owner, the developer and the citizens of Pleasanton and a <br />method of dispersing the number of residential units pur- <br />suant to the General Plan; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />on June 5, 1978, at a public hearing called for the purpose <br />of discussing selection of Projects for the 1978 Residential <br />Allocation Program, the City Council received reports and <br />evidence from City staff, members of the public, and devel- <br />opers relating to the selection procedure; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />Council considered said reports and evidence, both oral and <br />documentary; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON DOES RESOLVE <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1. To allocate the following development permit units for 1978 <br /> under the Residential Allocation Program: <br /> <br />Single-Family Projects Number of Units <br />78-9 - Morrison - Northway Downs 78 <br />78-10 Elliott Vintage Hills 22 <br />78-13 Beratlis - Mission Park 27 <br />78-6 P & M Development 11 <br />78-11 SAVCO 8 <br />78-15 Stoneson Townhouses - Tract 3150 29 <br /> <br />Multiple-Family Pro'ects <br />78-5 - Casa de Cala~ia <br />78-7 - P & M Development <br />78-3 - Garden/Bernard Townhouses <br />78-2 - Las Positas Garden Homes <br /> <br /> 5 <br /> 9 <br /> 3 <br />65 <br /> <br />Section 2. The approval of the above projects is conditioned on the <br /> following: <br /> <br />(1) <br /> <br />That the projects in the Dublin San Ramon Services <br />District must await certainty of sewer connections <br />prior to applying for building permits; and <br /> <br />(2) <br /> <br />that all those promises made in the individual pro- <br />ject applications be attached to those projects as <br />conditions upon receiving development approval. <br /> <br /> <br />
