CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br />ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 78-179 <br /> <br />AMENDING PLEASANTON CITY EMPLOYEES ASSOCIATION MEMO <br />OF UNDERSTANDING REGARDING BUNPING PROCEDURE <br /> <br />WHEREAS , <br /> <br />the City Manager and the Pleasanton City Employees <br />Association (PCEA) Board have been discussing a bumping <br />procedure; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, on July 10, 1978, they reached agreement on the procedure <br /> which was ratified by the PCEA membership; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />the bumping procedure is an amendment to the existing <br />Memo of Understanding between the City of Pleasanton <br />and the Pleasanton City Employees Association, which <br />was approved on July 25, 1977. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON RESOLVES <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section <br /> <br />1. Approves amendment to the Memo of Understanding between <br />the City of Pleasanton and the Pleasanton City Employees <br />Association regarding the Bumping Procedure. <br /> <br />Section 2.
