CITY OF PLEASANTON COUNTY OF ALAMEDA STATE OF CALIFORNIA RESOLUTION NO. 78-173 A RESOLUTION AMENDING RESOLUTION NO. 77-123 (ESTABLISHING FEES AND CHARGES FOR VARIOUS MUNICIPAL SERVICES OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON) TO PROVIDE FOR INCREASES IN WATER SERVICE CHARGES AND WATER CONNECTION FEES WHEREAS, the City of Pleasanton provides a variety of municipal ser- vices for which fees and charges have been established and compiled in Resolution No. 77-123; and Resolution No. 77-123 established water service charges and water connection fees for single family houses and other unclassified uses according to a specific schedule; and WHEREAS, the City Council, at their meeting of June 27, 1978, re- ceived and considered reports prepared by Stone and Young- berg, municipal finance consultants, and by Assistant to the City Manager Walker recommending that the water service and connection fees be increased in order to meet necessary expenses incurred by the City in providing these services; NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON DOES RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS: Section 1. Exhibit A, Section VI, Paragraph A.1 and 2 of Resolution No. 77-123, is hereby amended to read as follows: A.
