CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />COUNTY OF ALAMEDA <br />STATE OF CALIFORNIA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 78-172 <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION APPROVING PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS FOR <br />TRAFFIC SIGNAL PROJECT, SANTA RITA ROAD AT WEST LAS <br />POSITAS BLVD., AND AUTHORIZING CALLING FOR BIDS <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />the Director of Engineering Services by his report dated <br />June 21, 1978, advised the City Council that plans and <br />specifications have been completed and reviewed by staff <br />for Traffic Signal Project, Santa Rita Road at West Las <br />Positas Blvd.; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />the City Council, at their meeting of June 27, 1978, re- <br />viewed the report of the Director of Engineering Services <br />dated June 21, 1978, relating to this project. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON DOES RE- <br />SOLVE AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1. Approves the plans and specifications for Traffic Signal <br /> Project, Santa Rita Road at West Las Positas Blvd., as recom- <br /> mended by the Director of Engineering Services in his re- <br /> port dated June 21, 1978. <br /> <br />Section 2. Authorizes the calling of bids in the above project. <br /> <br />Section 3.
