CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />COUNTY OF ALAMEDA <br />STATE OF CALIFORNIA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 78-171 <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION APPROVING PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS <br />FOR CONSTRUCTION OF CENTRAL BUSINESS DISTRICT <br />STORM DRAINAGE OUTFALL, PROJECT 78-3, AND AUTH- <br />ORIZING CALLING FOR BIDS <br /> <br />the Director of Engineering Services by his report dated <br />June 20, 1978,advised the City Council that plans and <br />specifications have been completed and reviewed by staff <br />for construction of Central Business District Storm Drain- <br />age Outfall, Project 78-3; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />the City Council, at their meeting of June 27, 1978, re- <br />viewed the report of the Director of Engineering Services <br />dated June 20, 1978, relating to this project. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON DOES RE- <br />SOLVE AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1o Approves the plans and specifications for construction of <br /> Central Business District Storm Drainage Out£all, Project <br /> 78-3, as recommended by the Director of Engineering Services <br /> in his report dated June 20, 1978. <br /> <br />Section 2. Authorizes the calling of bids in the above project. <br /> <br />Section 3.
