CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />COUNTY OF ALAMEDA <br />STATE OF CALIFORNIA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 78-170 <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION APPROVING PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS <br />FOR IMPROVEMENT OF PETERS AVENUE, SAINT MARY <br />STREET AND ROSE AVENUE, AND AUTHORIZING CALLING <br />FOR BIDS <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />the Director of Engineering Services by his report dated <br />June 20, 1978, advised the City Council that plans and <br />specifications have been completed and reviewed by staff <br />for improvement of Peters Avenue, Saint Mary Street and <br />Rose Avenue; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />the City Council, at their meeting of June 27, 1978, re- <br />viewed the report of the Director of Engineering Services <br />dated June 20, 1978, relating to this project. <br /> <br />WHEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON DOES RESOLVE AS <br />FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1. Approves the plans and specifications for improvement of <br /> Peters Avenue, Saint Mary Street and Rose Avenue as recom- <br /> mended by the Director of Engineering Services in his report <br /> of June 20, 1978. <br /> <br />Section 2. Authorizes the calling of bids in the above project. <br /> <br />Section 3.
