CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br />ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 78-167 <br /> <br />APPROVAL OF LEASE BETWEEN CITY OF PLEASANTON AND <br />FAMILY TUTORIAL PROGRAM, INC., REGARDING SENIOR <br />CITIZEN NUTRITION PROGRAM <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />the Family Tutorial Program, Inc., has requested the City <br />lease them the Pleasanton Veterans Building for the Senior <br />Citizen Nutritional Program; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, a lease agreement has been prepared and reviewd by the <br /> City Attorney; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the term of the lease is for one year July 1, 1978 through <br /> June 20, 1979; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Family Tutorial Program has agreed to pay the City a <br /> monthly rental fee of $125, which shall include utilities <br /> and maintenance of the facility; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />the City Council at their meeting of June 27, 1978, received <br />and reviewed a staff report and attachments, dated June 19, <br />1978, from the Director of Recreation and Human Resources <br />regarding an agreement between the City of Pleasanton and <br />Family Tutorial Program, Inc., for use of the Pleasanton <br />Veterans Building for the Senior Citizen Nutrition Program. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON RESOLVES <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />~ection 1. Approves the lease between City of Pleasanton and Family <br /> Tutorial Program, Inc., regarding Senior Citizen Nutritional <br /> Program. <br /> <br />Section 2. Authorizes City officials to take appropriate actions. <br /> <br />Section 3.
