CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />COUNTY OF ALAMEDA <br />STATE OF CALIFORNIA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 78-165 <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION APPROVING PROGRESS PAYMENT NO. 1 <br />TO RILEY'S STRIPING SERVICE, INC., FOR WORK <br />ON INSTALLATION OF THERMOPLASTIC, PROJECT NO. <br />77-11 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />work by Riley's Striping Service, Inc., performed in <br />connection with work on installation of thermoplastic, <br />Project No. 77-11, has progressed satisfactorily to the <br />point at which Progress Payment No. 1 is in order. <br /> <br />WHEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON DOES RE- <br />SOLVE AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1. That the Finance Officer be instructed to prepare a war- <br /> rant in the amount of $45,284.47 in favor of Riley's Strip- <br /> ing Service, Inc., in satisfaction of Progresss Payment No. 1 <br /> for the work performed on installation of thermoplastic, <br /> Project No. 77-11. <br /> <br />Section 2.
