CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> COUNTY OF ALAMEDA <br /> STATE OF CALIFORNIA <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 78-161 <br />A RESOLUTION AMENDING THE FEES AND CHARGES RESOLUTION <br />OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON (RESOLUTION NO. 77-123) BY <br />ADDING THE RESIDENTIAL CONSTRUCTION TAX <br /> <br />THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1. Exhibit A, Section II, Paragraph C, of Resolution <br /> No. 77-123, establishing fees and charges for various <br /> municipal services of the City of Pleasanton, is hereby <br /> amended by adding the following sub-paragraph 22: <br /> <br />Residential Construction Tax <br />Schedule <br /> <br />$125.00 per <br /> Bedroom" <br /> <br />Section 2. Those residential developments that received Residen- <br /> tial Allocation Program approval on June 6, 1978, and <br /> those which take out building permits prior to the close <br /> of the next Residential Allocation Program application <br /> period shall pay their Residential Construction Tax <br /> based on the schedule deleted from the Pleasanton <br /> Ordinance Code by Ordinance No. 857 adopted on June 27, <br /> 1978. <br /> <br />Section 3. This resolution shall take effect immediately upon <br /> its passage and adoption. <br /> <br />Section 4. This resolution shall be published once within fifteen <br /> (15) days after its adoption in "THE TIMES," a newspaper <br /> of general circulation published and circulated in the <br /> City of Pleasanton. <br /> <br />THIS RESOLUTION WAS ADOPTED ON JUNE 27 1978 BY THE FOLLOWING VOTE: <br /> <br />AYES: Councilmembers Brandes, Butler and Wood <br /> <br />NOES: Mayor Mercer <br /> <br />by Doris George, Deputy City Clerk <br /> <br />APPROVED AS TO FORM: <br /> <br />Levine, City Attorney <br /> <br /> <br />
