CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON ALA!.~EDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA RESOLUTION NO. 78-200 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL DENYING THE APPEAL OF A DECISION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION APPROVING THE DESIGN PLANS FOR TAM INVESTMENT COMPANY, INC. FILED UNDER CASE Z-78-62 WHEREAS, Tam Investment Co., Inc. has filed for design review approval to construct a shopping center to be located on a 4.07 acre site located at the northeasterly corner of Hopyard Road and Valley Avenue; and WHEREAS, the Planning Commission of the City of Pleasanton approved on July 12, 1978, by Resolution No. 1654 the design plans of the applicant after considering public input and docu- ments and testimony presented; and WHEREAS, this decision was appealed by the City Council so that they could review the application totally; and WHEREAS, a public hearing was held before the City Council on the 8th day of August, 1978 wherein all pertinent testimony and documents were reviewed; NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: Section 1. The City Council denies the appeal of case Z-78-62 and therefore upholds the decision of the Planning Commission approving this application subject to the following condi- tions: That approval is granted subject to all of the conditions of Planning Commission Resolution No. 1654, dated July 12, 1978, attached hereto and made part of this case by reference. That the masonry wall, landscaping and sprinkler be installed immediately. That the Landscape Agreement be modified to cover regular discing of the P&I site. Section 2. This resolution shall become effective immediately.
