CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />COUNTY OF ALAMEDA <br />STATE OF CALIFORNIA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 78-194 <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE FINAL PROGRESS PAYMENT <br />TO RILEY'S STRIPING SERVICE, INC. FOR WOPJ< ON THE <br />THERMOPLASTIC PROJECT. <br /> <br />WHEREAS, work hy Riley's Striping Service, Inc. for the <br /> Thermoplastic Project has progressed satisfactorily to <br /> point at which Final Progress Payment is in order. <br /> <br />the <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON DOES <br />RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section <br /> <br />1. That the Finance Officer be instructed to prepare a <br />warrant in the amount of $17,942.07 in favor of Riley's <br />Striping Services, Inc., in satisfaction of Final Progress <br />Payment for the work performed on the Thermoplastic <br />Project. <br /> <br />Section 2. The City Clerk is directed to file a Notice of Completion. <br /> <br />Section 3.
