CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br />ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 78-192 <br /> <br />APPROVING AGREEMENT BETWEEN CITY OF PLEASANTON AND <br />RoL. KAUTZ FOR SELF-INSURANCE ADMINISTRATIVE SERVICES <br /> <br />WHEREAS , <br /> <br />the City Attorney, at the City Council meeting of July 25, <br />1978, explained the Agreement between the City of Pleasanton <br />and R. L. Kautz regarding Self-Insurance Administrative <br />Services, in detail; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Council reviewed the proposed agreement. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON RESOLVES <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1o Approves the Agreement between the City of Pleasanton <br /> and R. L. Kautz regarding Self-Insurance Administrative <br /> Services. <br /> <br />Section 2. Authorizes the appropriate City Officials to execute <br /> the Agreement. <br /> <br />Section 3.
