CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br />ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 78-189 <br /> <br />APPROVAL OF BID OPENING DELAY FOR TWO WEEKS AND <br />MODIFICATION OF INTERCEPTOR SEWER SPECIFICATIONS <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />due to some confusion on the demolition portion of the bid <br />specifications, the Director of Public Works and Utilities <br />requested this be deleted and the bid time extended two <br />weeks to allow contractors an opportunity to resubmit; and <br /> <br />the City Council at its meeting of July 25, 1978, received <br />an oral report from the Director of Public Works and <br />Utilities regarding this matter. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON RESOLVES <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1. Deletes the demolition portion from the bid specifications <br /> for the Interceptor Sewer Project. <br /> <br />Section 2. Extends the bid time by two weeks. <br /> <br />Section 3.
