CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> COUNTY OF ALAMEDA <br /> STATE OF CALIFORNIA <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 78-182 <br />APPROVING APPLICATION OF RALPH ROMERO FOR A SEPTIC <br />TANK PERMIT ON A 2 1/3 ACRE PARCEL OF LAND ON FOOTHILL <br />ROAD <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />MR. RALPH ROMERO desires to purchase a 2 1/3 acre parcel <br />of land on Foothill Road on which to build a home; and <br /> <br />there is presently no sewer service available for this <br />area, Mr. Romero has made application for a permit to <br />construct a septic tank on said property; and <br /> <br />the City Council on August 6, 1973, adopted Resolution <br />No. 73-139 (A Resolution Establishing a Policy Regarding <br />the Use of Septic Tanks within the City of Pleasanton); <br />and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />at their meeting of July 11, 1978, Council received and <br />considered the Director of Engineering Services' report <br />dated July 5, 1978, which indicated that Mr. Romero's <br />application and the property met most of the criteria <br />set forth in Resolution No. 73-139; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON DOES <br />RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS:' <br /> <br />Section 1. Approves the septic tank application of Mr. Ralph <br /> Romero for the construction of a septic tank on the <br /> 2 1/3 acre parcel on Foothill Road, subject to the <br /> following conditions: <br /> <br />Section <br /> <br />(1) That the applicant enter into a standard septic <br /> tank agreement with the City prior to issuance <br /> of a building permit on this site. <br />(2) That the requirements and conditions of the Alameda <br /> County Health Department be fully complied with. <br />(3) That property owner apply for and obtain approval <br /> for a minor subdivision that would create this <br /> 2 1/2 acre parcel. Septic tank approval does <br /> not, however, constitute any prejudgment of <br /> such a minor subdivision application. <br /> <br />2. The City Attorney is directed to prepare and the Mayor <br />is authorized to execute on behalf of the City a standard <br />septic tank agreement pursuant to the provisions set <br />forth in Resolution No. 73-139 and the conditions con- <br />tained in Section 1 above. <br /> <br />Section 3.
