NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON RESOLVES <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1. Approves the appeal of Robert Fiorio to a decision of <br /> the Board of Adjustment denying Case Z-89-6, a variance <br /> from the site requirements of the Code to allow the con- <br /> struction of an addition to a residence located as 3247 <br /> Royalton Court. <br /> <br />Section 2.
