CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br />ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 78-218 <br /> <br />AUTHORIZING AN EXPENDITURE FOR A STUDY REGARDING <br />EXPANSION OF DUBLIN SAN RAMON SERVICES DISTRICT FOR <br />INDUSTRIAL CAPACITY <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />at a meeting of the Dublin San Ramon Services District <br />(DRSD) City Sewer Committee, the City of Pleasanton <br />requested additional expansion to the DSRSD Plant for <br />industrial capacity; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, DSRSD agreed with this consideration but would like a <br /> study completed regarding this matter; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the State Water Quality Board indicated it would like a <br /> formal request response. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON RESOLVES <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1. Authorizes an expenditure of approximately $6,500.00 <br /> for a study regarding possible further expansion of <br /> capacity to the Dublin San Ramon Services District Plant <br /> for industry. <br /> <br />Section 2. This resolution shall become effective immediately upon <br /> its passage and adoption. <br /> <br />THIS RESOLUTION ADOPTED ON AUGUST 29, 1978, BY THE FOLLOWING VOTE: <br /> <br />AYES: Councilmembers - Brandes, Butler, and Mayor Mercer <br />NOES: None <br />ABSENT: Councilmembers Kephart <br />ABSTAIN: None <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> KENNETH R.
