CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br />ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 78-216 <br /> <br />ACCEPTANCE OF GRANT DEED DATED ~IARCH 16, 1978 <br />FROM PETE AND ANGELA GERARDINI AND CLYDE AND MARGARET <br />VAUGHN FOR A PUBLIC SERVICE EASEMENT <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />City is in receipt of an offer of dedication from Pete and <br />Angela Gerardini and Clyde and Margaret Vaughn of a parcel <br />of property strip, etc. here indicate description for public <br />service easement purposes; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />the City Council, at their meeting of August 29, 1978 received <br />a report from the Director of Engineering Services indicating <br />that the acceptance of this dedication is in the public interest; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON RESOLVES <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section <br /> <br />1o The offer of dedication from Pete and Angela Gerardini <br /> and Clyde and Margaret Vaughn manifested in the Grant Deed <br /> dated March 16, 1978, is hereby accepted and the appropriate <br /> City officers instructed to take whatever action necessary <br /> to implement said acceptance. <br /> <br />Section 2.
