CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />COUNTY OF ALAMEDA <br />STATE OF CALIFORNIA <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 78-213 <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION APPROVING RENEWAL OF HOLDING TANK <br />FOR FIRST NATIONAL BANK OF PLEASANTON, 5765 <br />VALLEY AVENUE AND AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF <br />AN AGREEMENT. <br /> <br />First National Bank of Pleasanton receives sewage service <br />for its branch office at 5765 Valley Avenue from a sewage <br />holding tank; and <br /> <br />said holding tank was approved by the City Council on <br />August 20, 1973 pursuant to Resolution No. 73-140 (A <br />Resolution Establishing a Policy for Holding Tanks in <br />the City of Pleasanton); and <br /> <br />Resolution No. 73-140 requires that authorization to <br />continue the use of a facility on a holding tank must occur <br />annually; and <br /> <br />the City Council at its meeting of August 29, 1978 received <br />a report from the Director of Public Works and Utilities <br />regarding the renewal of a holding tank approval for the <br />First National Bank of Pleasanton. <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON DOES <br /> RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> Section 1. Authorizes the extension of the approval for use of a <br /> holding tank by First National Bank of Pleasanton to <br /> August 20, 1979. <br /> <br /> Section 2. The City Attorney is directed to prepare and the Mayor is <br /> authorized to sign a modification to the holding tank <br /> agreement setting forth all the terms and conditions under <br /> which the First National Bank of Pleasanton may continue <br /> to operate a holding tank at 5765 Valley Avenue. <br /> <br /> Section 3.
