CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />COUNTY OF ALAMEDA <br />STATE OF CALIFORNIA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 78-212 <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION APPROVING PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS FOR <br />CONSTRUCTION OF PETERS AVENUE WATER LINE AND SANITARY <br />SEWER LINE AND AUTHORIZING CALLING FOR BIDS. <br /> <br />WHEREAS , <br /> <br />the Director of Public Works and Utilities by his report <br />dated August 23, 1978, advised the City Council that plans <br />and specifications have been completed and reviewed by <br />staff for Construction of Peters Avenue Water Line and <br />Sanitary Sewer Line; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />the City Council, at their meeting of August 29, 1978, <br />reviewed the report of the Director of Public Works and <br />Utilities dated August 23, 1978, relating to this project. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON DOES RESOLVE <br />AS FOLLOWS , <br /> <br />Section 1. Approves the plans and specifications for Construction <br /> of Peters Avenue Water Line and Sanitary Sewer Line, as <br /> recommended by the Director of Public Works and Utilities <br /> in his report dated August 23, 1978. <br /> <br />Section 2. Authorizes the calling of bids in the above project. <br /> <br />Section 3.
