CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />COUNTY OF ALAMEDA <br />STATE OF CALIFOrnIA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 78-204 <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION APPROVING A REQUEST FROM GEORGE CANESSA <br />FOR USE OF AN EXISTING SEPTIC TANK ON 1.116 ACRES OF <br />LAND ON STANLEY BOULEVARD. <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />the City Council of the City of Pleasanton, on August 6, 1973, <br />adopted Resolution 73-139 (A Resolution Establishing a Policy <br />Regarding the Use of Septic Tanks within the City of Pleasanton); <br />and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />George Canessa, representing the owners of a 1o116 acre parcel <br />of land on Stanley Boulevard (Parcel 2 of Parcel Map 2298), <br />has made application for approval to utilize an existing <br />septic tank located partially on this property and partially <br />on adjacent property currently under the same ownership with <br />the leach field located entirely on the adjacent property to <br />serve a proposed commercial service use; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />development on the adjacent property, manager's living quarters <br />for the mini-storage complex is currently connected to this <br />existing septic tank under authorization granted by City <br />Council on May 9, 1977; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />the request was considered by the City Council at its meeting <br />on August 8, 1978, together with the staff report dated <br />August 1, 1978, concerning same: <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON DOES RESOLVE <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1. The use of the existing septic tank described in the fore- <br /> going is hereby approved for a proposed commercial service <br /> development subject to the following conditions: <br /> <br />1. That the approval be valid only for as long as this <br />parcel of property is under the same ownership as the <br />adjacent 8-acre parcel containing the existing mini-storage <br />development. <br /> <br />2. That the applicant enter into a septic tank agreement <br />with the City prior to issuance of a building permit on <br />this site and this agreement should contain a provision <br />relative to Condition No. 1 above. <br /> <br />3. That the requirements and conditions of the Alameda <br />County Health Services Agency be fully complied with. <br /> <br />Section 2. This resolution shall become effective immediately upon its <br /> passage and adoption. <br /> <br /> <br />
