WHEREAS, WHEREAS WHEREAS, WHEREAS, WHEREAS NOW, AS FOLLOWS: CITY OF PLEASANTON CQUNTY OF ALAMEDA S~ATE OF CALIFORNIA RESOLUTION NO. 78-238 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL APPROVING SPECIAL PROJECTS FOR CETA TITLE VI, FOURTH ROUND FUNDING. The Alameda County Training and Employment Board, ACTEB, announced the availability of funds for Public Service Employment Projects under Title VI of the Comprehensive Employment and Training Act of 1973 (CETA); and Sixteen (16) proposals were submitted to the City of Pleasanton for review; and The Human Services Commission held a public hearing at a special meeting on August 31, 1978, to allow program appli- cants an opportunity to present their projects; and The Human Services Commission, after reviewing the projects submitted,took action ranking them in the order they wished the projects funded; and The City Council, on September 12, 1978, reviewed the September 6, 1978, report of the Director of Recreation and Human Resources containing the priority schedule for funding of the projects recommended by the Human Services Commission. THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON RESOLVES The City Council has reviewed and evaluated the projects submitted for CETA Title VI, Fourth Round Funding, and recommends their priority ranking as follows: Section 1. 9. 10.
