CITY OF PLEASANTON COUNTY OF ALAMEDA STATE OF CALIFO~qIA RESOLUTION NO. 78-236 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL APPROVING FOR AN INDEFINITE PERIOD OF TIME A HOME OCCUPATION PERMIT AT 4195 FRANCISCO STREET, FOR TRI-CITIES AMBULANCE COMPANY. WHEREAS , Tri-Cities Ambulance Company was granted a temporary permit by the City Council on March 13, 1978, for a period of six months, to conduct an ambulance service from a resi- dence at 4195 Francisco Street; and WHEREAS, Tri-Cities Ambulance Company applied for an extension of said home occupation permit; and WHEREAS, City Council, on September 12, 1978, reviewed the request and received a report dated September 5, 1978, from the Director of Planning and Community Development; and WHEREAS, the City Council held a public hearing at which time the applicant and any ~ther member of the public was offered an opportunity to present evidence regarding this application, and no one spoke in opposition. NOW, TtIEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON DOES RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS: Section 1. Approves the application of Tri-Cities Ambulance Company to operate the ambulance service from a residence at 4195 Francisco Street, for an indefinite period of time, subject to the following conditions: 1. That only one ambulance be kept on the site at any time. 2. That the siren of the ambulance not be used until the vehicle is on Santa Rita Road. 3. That all applicable requirements of Article 20 (Home Occupations), Chapter II, Title II of the Ordinance Code of the City of Pleasanton be adhered to except for the following: Section 2-10.17(b) - Materials, equipment, stock or supplies used for a Home Occupation shall not occupy more than one room of a dwelling or more than 50 square feet of an accessory building or garage. Section 2-10.17(e) - The Home Occupation shall be clearly incidental and subordinate to the use of the structure as a dwelling.
