An easement for an outfall sewer across a portion of Parcel 69, <br />Pleasanton Lands, as conveyed by Spring Valley Water Company to <br />the City and County of San Francisco dated and recorded March 3, <br />1930 in Volume 2350 page 1, Official Records of Alameda County, <br />California more particularly described as follows: <br /> <br />Parcel A: <br /> <br />A strip of land 10 feet in width, right angl~ measurement, lying <br />equally on either side of the centerline described as follows: <br />COE.~C~NG at a point on the centerline of Bernal Avenue, County <br />Road 2000, and the centerline of the Western Pacific Railroad <br />right-of-way; thence South 89° 28' 15" West 584.66 feet along said <br />centerline of Bernal Avenue, (said bearing of South 89° 28' 15" <br />West being the basis of bearings for this'description) to the <br />ACTUAL POINT OF BEGINNING; thence at right angels to said centerline <br />of Berne!
