COmmENCING at the point of intersection of the centerline of Bernal Avenue, County Road 2000, produced Westerly from the centerline of Augustine Street, along a course bearing South 89° 40' 45" West 26.95 feet, more or less, (said bearing of South 89° 40' 45" West being the Basis Of Bearings for this description) this point being on the Westerly line of said Roman Catholic parcel; thence South 27° 19' West along said Westerly line of the Roman Catholic parcel to the intersection of the centerline of the 10 foot sewer easement described in the deed to the City of Pleasanton, dated June 4~ 1958 and recorded October 22, 1958 in Book 8821 page 504, Official Records of Alameda County, California; thence con- tinuing along the Westerly line of said Roman Catholic parcel, South 27° 19' ?iest 10.05 feet, more or less, to the ACTUAL POINT OF BEGI~NING of this centerline; thence South 57° 05' 40" East to the Northwesterly line of that certain 1.164 acre, more or less, parcel of land described in that certain deed to the Town of Pleasanton, recorded July 9, 1951 in Book 6482 page 535, Official Records of Alameda Comnty, California.
