CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />COUNTY OF ALAMEDA <br />STATE OF CALIFORNIA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 78-260 <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF <br />FREEWAY MAINTENANCE AGREEMENT WITH THE STATE OF <br />CALIFORNIA PROVIDING FOR MAINTENANCE OF THE ROUTE <br />580-FOOTHILL ROAD-SAN RAMON ROAD INTERCHANGE <br /> <br />the City has previously entered into Freeway Agreements with the State <br />by which City agreed to maintain certain portions of proposed revisions <br />to City streets constructed in conjunction with construction of Route <br />580; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, State has completed construction of the Route 580 Interchange at Foot- <br /> hill Road-San Ramon Road; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, State has prepared an agreement clarifying the division of maintenance <br /> responsibility for said interchange; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Council at a regular meeting on October 10, 1978, considered <br /> said agreement. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1. That the proposed FreewayMaintenance Agreement concerning State <br /> Highway Route Ala-580 at Foothill Road-San Ramon Road is hereby approved <br /> and the appropriate City officers are directed to execute said Agreement. <br /> <br />Section 2.
