CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />COUNTY OF ALAMEDA <br />STATE OF CALIFORNIA <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 78-259 <br /> <br /> APPROVAL OF FINAL PROGRESS PAYMENT FOR WORK <br /> ON BLACK AVENUE OVERLAY PROJECT TO OLIVER DE <br /> SILVA, INC. <br /> <br />WHEREAS, work by Oliver de Silva, Inc. performed in connection <br /> with the Black Avenue Overlay Project has progressed <br /> satisfactorily to the point at which Final Progress <br /> Payment is in order. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section <br /> <br />1. That the Finance Officer be instructed to prepare <br /> a warrant in the amount of $19,462.00 in favor of <br /> Oliver de Silva, Inc. in satisfaction of Final Progress <br /> Payment for the work performed on the Black Avenue <br /> Overlay Project. <br /> <br />Section 2. The City Clerk is directed to file a Notice of <br /> Completion. <br /> <br />Section 3.
