CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />COUNTY OF ALAMEDA <br />STATE OF CALIFORNIA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 78-258 <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE EXECUTION OF AN AGREEMENT <br />BETWEEN THE CITY AND THE PLEASANTON ELEMENTARY SCHOOL <br />DISTRICT AND THE AMADOR VALLEY JOINT UNION HIGH SCHOOL <br />DISTRICT REGARDING THE USE OF CITY-SCHOOL FACILITIES <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />City and the Pleasanton Elementary School District and <br />the Amador Valley Joint Union High School District believe <br />that it will be mutually beneficial to enter into an agree- <br />ment for the usage of City-School facilities; and <br /> <br />City Council, at their meeting of October 10, 1978, con- <br />sidered the report of the Director of the Department of <br />Recreation and Human Resources recommending the execution <br />of an agreement for this purpose; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON DOES <br />RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1. Authorizes the Mayor to execute an agreement between <br /> the City of Pleasanton and the Pleasanton Elementary School <br /> District and the Amador Valley Joint Union High School <br /> District regarding the usage of City-School facilities. <br /> <br />Section 2. This resolution shall be effective irmnediately upon its <br /> passage and adoption. <br /> <br />THIS RESOLUTION WAS ADOPTED ON OCTOBER 10, 1978, BY THE FOLLOWING VOTE: <br /> <br />AYES: Councilmembers Brandes, Butler, Kephart, and Mayor Mercer <br /> <br />NOES: None <br /> <br />ABSENT: Councilmember Wood ~R/~C~~ <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br />Doris George, Deputy City Clerk <br /> <br />APPROVED AS TO FORM: <br /> <br /> <br />
