CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />COUNTY OF ALAMEDA <br />STATE OF CALIFORNIA <br />RESOLUTION NO. 78-254 <br />APPROVING APPLICATION OF ARCHITECT JACK BRAS, REPRESENT- <br />ING PROPERTY OWNER, WILLIAM MARSH, FOR A SEPTIC TANK <br />PERMIT ON A 1.7-ACRE PARCEL ON SUNOL ROAD <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />WILLIAM MARSH desires to build a single-family residence <br />on a 1.7 acre (+) parcel of land he owns bounded by Sunol <br />Road, Pleasanto~-Sunol Road, Happy Valley Road and the <br />S.P.R.R; and <br /> <br />there is presently no sewer service available for this <br />area, Mr. Jack Bras, architect, has made application for <br />Mr. Marsh for a permit to construct a septic tank on said <br />property; and <br /> <br />the City Council on August 6, 1973, adopted Resolution <br />No. 73-139 (A Resolution Establishing a Policy Regarding <br />the Use of Septic Tanks within the City of Pleasanton); <br />and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />at their meeting of October 3, 1978, Council received and <br />considered the Assistant Civil Engineer's report dated <br />September 25, 1978, which indicated that Mr. Marsh's appli- <br />cation and the property met most of the criteria set forth <br />in Resolution No. 73-139; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON DOES <br />RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1. Approves the septic tank application of Mr. Jack Bras <br /> for Mr. William Marsh for the construction of a septic <br /> tank on the 1.7-acre parcel of land bounded by Sunol Road, <br /> Pleasanton-Sunol Road, Happy Valley Road and the S.P.R.R., <br /> subject to the following conditions: <br /> <br />(1) That the applicant enter into a septic tank <br /> agreement with the City prior to issuance of <br />(2) That the requirements and conditions of the <br /> Alameda County Health Department be fully complied <br /> with. <br /> <br />Section 2.
