CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> COUNTY OF ALAMEDA <br /> STATE OF CALIFORNIA <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 78-248 <br /> <br /> RE: INTENTION TO VACATE A PORTION OF NORTHWAY ROAD <br /> AND SETTING A PUBLIC HEARING. <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Council was asked at its meeting of October 3, <br /> <br /> 1978, to manifest its intent with respect to the vacation <br /> of a portion of Northway Road following a small adjustment <br /> to the northeast property line on the curve of Northway Road. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED AS FOLLOWS: <br />Section 1. It is the intention of the City Council to vacate a portion <br /> <br /> of the existing Northway Road right-of-way, as shown on Exhibit A <br /> attached hereto; <br />Section 2. A public hearing is hereby set for October 10, 1978,at which <br /> time the Council will consider its intention to abandon the <br /> described portions of existing right-of-way. <br />Section 3.
