CITY OF PLEASANTON COUNTY OF ALAMEDA STATE OF CALIFORNIA RESOLUTION NO. 78-247 APPROVAL OF FINAL SUBDIVISION MAP AND IMPROVEMENT PLANS FOR TRACT 3996 (NORTHWAY DOWNS), MORRISON HOMES, AND ACCEPTING DEEDS FOR TWO PARCELS OF PROPERTY RELATING TO SAID TRACT. WHEREAS, a final subdivision map and improvement plans for Tract 3996 (Northway Downs), Morrison Homes Corporation, have been submitted and checked by the Engineering staff and the necessary inspection fees, bonds and agreements received by the Director of Public Works and Utilities; and WHEREAS, said map and improvement plans were reviewed by City Council at their meeting of October 3, 1978; and WHEREAS, City is in receipt of offers of dedications from Morrison Homes of two parcels of property for right-of-way and public service easement purposes for this tract; and WHEREAS, the City Council, at their meeting Of October 3, 1978 received a report from the Director of Public Works and Utilities indicating that the acceptance of these dedications is in the public interest. NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON DOES RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS: Section 1. The final subdivision map and improvement plans for Tract 3996 (Northway Downs), Morrison Homes Corporation, are hereby approved and accepted and the appropriate City officers are instructed to take whatever action necessary to implement said approval. Section 2. The offer of dedication from Morrison Homes Corporation manifested in Grant Deeds dated September 25, 1978 is hereby accepted and the appropriate City officers instructed to take whatever action necessary to implement said accept- ance. Section 3. This resolution shall become effective immediately upon its passage and adoption.
