CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />COUNTY OF ALAMEDA <br />STATE OF CALIFORNIA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 78-244 <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION APPROVING CLAIMS FROM AUGUST 1, 1978, THROUGH <br />AUGUST 31, 1978 IN THE AMOUNT OF $814,347.03 AND APPROVING <br />FINANCIAL REPORT FOR THE MONTH OF AUGUST, 1978 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />at the City Council meeting of October 3, 1978, a check <br />register was presented to the City Council signifying <br />checks which were dispensed from August 1, 1978, through <br />August 31, 1978; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />the claims contained therein were for approved functions <br />of the City which are necessary and proper expenses of <br />the City; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON DOES <br />RESOLVE AS'FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1. Claims represented by Checks Nos. 020827 through 021130, <br /> dated from August 1, 1978 through August 31, 1978, in the <br /> total amount of $814,347.03, and the following assessment <br /> district checks, making a grand total of $853,483.85, are <br /> hereby approved: <br /> <br />Checks <br />Numbered Amount <br /> <br />928 - 931 $1,423.14 <br />101 - 102 Assessment Dist. 74-1 3,208.01 <br />301 - 302 Assessment Dist. 74-2 10,731.41 <br />501 Assessment Dist. 74-3 19,191.60 <br />701 Assessment Dist. 74-4 4,582.66 <br /> <br />Section 2. The financial report dated August 31, 1978 has been <br /> reviewed and approved by the City Council. <br /> <br />Section 3.
