CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br />ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 78-243 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION ESTABLISHING RAP ALLOCATION FOR 1979 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />the City Council held a public hearing regarding the <br />number of residential units to allocate for building <br />in the year 1979; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />WHEREAS , <br /> <br />the City Council received public testimony and a staff <br />report concerning (a) the number of new units necessary <br />to grow per the General Plan growth rate policies, (b) <br />sewage treatment capacity available for 1979, (c) the <br />history of past growth and authorized but undeveloped <br />units, (d) possible development arising from exempt <br />projects and/or litigation, (e) the progress toward <br />meeting the single family/multiple residential housing <br />mix policy of the General Plan, and (f) the single <br />family/multiple residential housing mix contained in the <br />DSRSD allocation priority schedule§; and <br /> <br />the City Council, after due consideration of the above <br />finds that allocating 250 units would meet the General <br />Plan growth policies for the year 1979. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON RESOLVES <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1. That 250 units be allocated for development in 1979. <br /> <br />Section 2. That 25 of the above units be set aside for qualifying <br /> lower income projects. <br /> <br />Section 3. That of the remaining 225 units, three-fourths (3/4) <br /> shall be allocated for single family projects and one-fourth <br /> (1/4) for multiple residential unit projects. <br /> <br />Section 4.
