CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> COUNTY OF ALAMEDA <br /> STATE OF CALIFORNIA <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 78-280 <br />A RESOLUTION AMENDING RESOLUTION 78-65, SECTION 5(a) <br />5(b), RELATING TO UNDERGROUND UTILITY DISTRICT 78-1 <br /> <br />AND <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />on March 28, 1978, City Council adopted Resolution No. 78-65 <br />establishing Underground Utility District 78-1 and setting <br />forth the dates of construction; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />due to Pacific Gas and Electric engineering constraints, <br />PoG.&E. has requested that the dates set forth in Section <br />5(a) and 5(b) of Resolution 78-65 be amended accordingly; <br />and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />Assistant Civil Engineer for the City has recommended <br />that P.G.&E.'s request be approved and the resolution <br />amended; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON RESOLVES <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1. Approves amending Section 5(a) and 5(b) of Resolution <br /> No. 78-65 as follows: <br /> <br />5.(a) Affected property owners must be ready to receive <br /> underground service not later than January 31,1979. <br /> <br />(b) Removal of poles, overhead wires and other associ- <br /> ated structures no later than March 31, 1979. <br /> <br />Section 2.
