CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> COUNTY OF ALAMEDA <br /> STATE OF CALIFORNIA <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 78-278 <br />A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS FOR TRACT 3897, <br />CASA DE CALAFIA <br /> <br />WHEREAS, construction of the public improvements in connection with <br /> TractNo. 3897, Casa De Calafia, has been satisfactorily <br /> completed; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Council, at their meeting of November 14, 1978, <br /> considered the report of the Assistant Civil Engineer <br /> dated November 7, 1978, recommending the acceptance of <br /> these public improvements; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON RESOLVES <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1. That the public improvements constructed as part of <br /> Tract 3897, Casa De Calafia, are hereby accepted and the <br /> appropriate City officers instructed to take whatever action <br /> necessary to implement said acceptance, including filing <br /> a Notice of Completion. <br /> <br />Section 2. This resolution shall become effective immediately <br /> upon its passage and adoption. <br /> <br />THIS RESOLUTION WAS ADOPTED ON NOVEMBER 14, 1978, BY THE FOLLOWING <br />VOTE: <br /> <br />AYES: Councilmembers Brandes, Kephart, Wood and Mayor Mercer <br /> <br />NOES: None ~~ME <br />C~l~a~ ~ ~~/~/~ J RCER, Mayor <br />aYt~ E.
