CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br />ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 78-276 <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION INTERPRETING SPECIAL CONDITION 1-62 <br />("ACT-OF-GOD" INSURANCE) OF SUNOL INTERCEPTOR SEWER <br />PROJECT CONTRACT AS CONTAINING THE SAME DEDUCTIBLE <br />CLAUSE AS FOUND IN SPECIAL CONDITION 1-62 (INSURANCE) <br />UNDER "BUILDERS' RISK 'ALL RISK' INSURANCE" <br /> <br />WHEREAS, a question of coverage was raised regarding Act-of-God <br /> insurance on the interceptor sewer project; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Council reviewed the report of the City Attorney dated <br /> October 24, 1978, regarding this matter. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON RESOLVES <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1. Special Condition 1-62 ("Act-of-God" Insurance) of the <br /> Sunol Interceptor Sewer Project Contract is interpreted <br /> as containing the same deductible clause as found in <br /> Special Condition 1-62 (Insurance) under "Builders' Risk <br /> 'All-Risk' Insurance." <br /> <br />Section 2.
