CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> COUNTY OF ALAMEDA <br /> STATE OF CALIFORNIA <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 78-273 <br />APPROVAL OF PROJECTS TO BE FUNDED UNDER THE ALAMEDA <br />URBAN COUNTY 1979 APPLICATION FOR HOUSING AND COMMUNITY <br />DEVELOPMENT ACT OF 1974 FUNDS <br /> <br />the Director of Planning and Community Development presented <br />to the City Council, at their meeting of October 24, 1978, <br />his reports dated October 19, 1978, and October 20, 1978, <br />regarding establishing the priority of projects for first <br />year Housing and Community Development Act of 1974 funds; <br />and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />Council received and considered public testimony and staff <br />input during the hearing on the matter at their meeting of <br />October 24, 1978; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON RESOLVES <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1. Approves establishing the priority of projects for first <br /> year Housing and Community Development Act of 1974 funds, <br /> as follows: <br /> <br />(1) Downtown Parking Lot <br />(2) Pleasanton Gardens Improvements <br />(3) Kottinger Place Improvements <br />(4) Southern Pacific Railroad Park Acquisition <br />(5) Downtown Mini Park <br />(6) Division Street Storm Sewer <br /> <br />Section 2o This resolution shall become effective immediately <br /> upon its passage and adoption. <br /> <br />THIS RESOLUTION ADOPTED ON OCTOBER 24, 1978, BY A MAJORITY VOTE <br />OF THE COUNCILMEMBERS PRESENT.
