CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />COUNTY OF ALAMEDA <br />STATE OF CALIFORNIA <br />RESOLUTION NO. 78-272 <br /> <br />APPOINTING GERALD CASE, JANET KRAMER AND MARCELLA MAHERN <br />TO HUMAN SERVICES COMMISSION <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />the City Council, by Resolution No. 76-21, adopted on <br />January 26, 1976, authorized the creation of an eight-member <br />Human Services Commission; and <br /> <br />vacancies exist in the membership of the committee and <br />the City Council has considered applications and evaluated <br />the qualifications of various individuals who are interes- <br />ted in serving on the Human Services Commission; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON DOES <br />RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1. Appoints the following persons to the Human Services <br /> Commission to fill the unexpired terms of Darrel Maxson, <br /> Diana Leathers and Barbara Hempill, with specific terms <br /> for each to be determined at the next meeting of the <br /> Human Services Commission: <br /> <br />Gerald V. Case <br />Janet M. Kramer <br />Marcelline Mahern <br /> <br />Section 2. This resolution shall become effective immediately upon <br /> its passage and adoption. <br /> <br />THIS RESOLUTION WAS ADOPTED ON OCTOBER 24, 1978, BY THE FOLLOWING <br />VOTE: <br /> <br />AYES: Councilmembers Brandes, Butler, Kephart, Wood and Mayor Mercer <br /> <br />NOES: None <br /> <br />ABSENT: None <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br />APPROVED AS TO FORM: <br /> <br /> Levine, City Attorney <br /> <br /> <br />
