CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />COUNTY OF ALAMEDA <br />STATE OF CALIFORNIA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 78-270 <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE FINAL PROGRESS PAYMENT <br />TO EUGENE G. ALVES CONSTRUCTION COMPANY, INC. FOR <br />WORK ON THE IMPROVEMENTS FOR PAVEMENT WIDENING, <br />SANTA RITA ROAD AND WEST LAS POSITAS BOULEVARD. <br /> <br />WHEREAS, work by Eugene G. Alves Construction Company, Inc. for <br /> the Improvements for Pavement Widening, Santa Rita Road <br /> and West Las Positas Boulevard has progressed satisfactorily <br /> to the point at which Final Progress Payment is in order. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON DOES RESOLVE <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1. That the Finance Office be instructed to prepare a warrant <br /> in the amount of $10,081.24 in favor of Eugene G. Alves <br /> Construction Company, Inc., in satisfaction of Final Progress <br /> Payment for the work performed on the Improvements for <br /> Pavement Widening, Santa Rita Road and West Las Positas <br /> Boulevard. <br /> <br />Section 2. The City Clerk is directed to file a Notice of Completion. <br /> <br />Section 3.
