CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> COUNTY OF ALAMEDA <br /> STATE OF CALIFORNIA <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 78-269 <br />APPROVAL OF CLAIMS AND FINANCIAL REPORT FOR THE <br />PERIOD SEPTEMBER 1, 1978 THRU SEPTEMBER 30, 1978 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />at the City Council meeting of October 24, <br />register was presented to the City Council <br />checks which were dispensed from September <br />through September 30, 1978; and <br /> <br />1978, a check <br />signifying <br />1, 1978, <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />the claims contained therein were for approved functions <br />of the City which are necessary and proper expenses of <br />the City; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON DOES <br />RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1. Claims represented by Checks Nos. 021131 through 021368 <br /> and Checks Nos. 932, 103, 502 and 1101, dated September 1, <br /> 1978, through September 30, 1978, in the total amount <br /> of $418,114.94, are hereby approved. <br /> <br />Section 2. The financial report dated September 30, 1978, has been <br /> reviewed and approved by the City Council. <br /> <br />Section 3. This resolution shall be effective immediately upon <br /> its passage and adoption. <br /> <br />THIS RESOLUTION ADOPTED ON OCTOBER 24, 1978, BY THE FOLLOWING VOTE: <br /> <br />AYES: Councilmembers <br /> <br />Brandes, Butler, Kephart, Wood and Mayor Mercer <br /> <br />NOES: None ~~C~~ <br />ABSENT: None <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br />C nE <br />Doris George, Deputy City Clerk <br /> <br />APPROVED AS TO FORM: <br /> <br />· Levine, City Attorney <br /> <br /> <br />
