b) Public Pools: $90.00 plus $10.00 if spa is included plus $10.00 for site plan check. c) Above-ground Pools, Hot Tubs, Spas (separate from pool) $30.00 plus $10.00 site plan check and deck. Plan Checking: When the valuation of the proposed construction exceeds $1,000.00 and a plan is required to be submitted, a plan checking fee shall be paid to the Building Official at the time of submitting plans and specifications for checking. Said plan checking fee shall equal 65% of the building permit fee as set forth above. Non-residential buildings require payment of an added plan checking fee to assess compliance with State of California Non-residential Energy Standards. Such fee shall be based on the actual plan check time involved at the rate of twenty dollars ($20.00) per hour. Administrative Charge for Plan Change Requests: A charge of $20.00 per lot shall be assessed for administrative costs associated with plan change requests after issuance of building permit. Said costs covered by this charge include, but are limited to, rechecking of plot plans, refiguring of appli- cable fees, extra application forms, and processing time of City personnel.
